WHY I LOVE TO TEACH
I believe that Yoga is a map to health and wellness on a spiritual path, including mind, body and soul on your mat.  I love to teach Yoga because it changed my life.  I built a lifetime of strength and flexibility one day at a time and I want to share that with everyone.  I want you to know that this is YOUR personal journey.
