SERIES RETURNS

All series sales are final, no refunds for cash or credit will be provided after the purchase of a series. If you choose not to continue your Sweat Lab series, you are not eligible for a refund. If you feel you will not be able to complete a package, you may want to choose one of the smaller packages.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

All merchandise sales are final. Refunds for merchandise will only be provided in the form of a store credit or exchange in the case of a fault. No refunds for cash.

For one time guest visits to the studio.

When you need to share your class pack with an out of town guest, a friend that needs an extra boost or your boss who’s in serious need of a decompression session (we know it’s for you), call or email us we will happily add them to your account. Before we create this blissful union, this amazing person must have an account with us (you can create it) so we can create the relationship status in our system.

For locals, we recommend purchasing them a New Client special. The only thing better than sharing is getting something you really want all to yourself.

By registering for and/or participating in classes, programs, events, or other activities offered by SWEATLAB, LLC (“SWEATLAB”), and by entering or using SWEATLAB’s premises, facilities, or equipment (collectively, the “Activities”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in indoor cycling, barre, strength training, and other fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, property damage, and, in rare cases, death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I may incur as a result of participating in the Activities.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue SWEATLAB, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liability arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities or use of SWEATLAB’s facilities and equipment, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Health Representation

I represent that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in the Activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to beginning any exercise program and to discontinue participation if I experience discomfort or pain.

4. Responsibility for Personal Property

I understand that SWEATLAB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.

5. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

6. Media Release and Consent

From time to time, SWEATLAB may photograph, video record, or otherwise capture images and audio within its facilities for legitimate business purposes, including marketing, advertising, website content, social media, and other promotional materials. By participating in Activities at SWEATLAB, you acknowledge and consent to the possible use of your likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in such media. You acknowledge that such media may be used without additional notice or compensation and that all rights to such recordings shall remain the property of SWEATLAB. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify SWEATLAB staff prior to participation so reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate your request.

7. Acknowledgment

I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing it. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily and intend for it to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

THE SWEAT LAB maintains this Website for the convenience of and communication with existing and prospective customers, and for their education and information. Please feel free to browse the Site. You may download material displayed on this Website for non-commercial, personal use only provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of this Website for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio and video without THE SWEAT LAB’s written permission in each instance. Changes periodically are made to the information contained in this Website.
