RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients
Assist front desk team with daily studio tasks and manager with on going projects
Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
Support instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process
Work as a cohesive team to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
Interview, hire, and train front desk staff team
Drive all social media and marketing efforts across multiple channels including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Responsible for all scheduling of front desk staff shifts using MindBody
Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations and ensure team knowledge is up to date
Maintain the distinct RIDE Cycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture
REQUIREMENTS
Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
Must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
Must have a positive, can-do attitude
Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
Must have superior organizational skills

JOB TYPE: Part-Time (15 hrs/week)

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
Strong customer service and problem solving skills
Must have a positive, can-do attitude
Experience with social media analytics software and multiple platforms
Ability to analyze and extract insights from all social media accounts and offer recommendations for continual improvement
Experience using MindBody a plus
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule – MUST HAVE WEEKEND, HOLIDAY AND SOME EARLY MORNING/LATE EVENING WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY

Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
Support instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process
Work as a cohesive team with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
Interview, hire, and train front desk staff
Create and manage front desk staff schedules using MindBody
Responsible for scheduling all theme rides with instructors, creating advertisements for themed classes and creating events on Facebook
Develop and send weekly newsletter using MailChimp
Send out and collect weekly class surveys using SurveyMonkey
Maintaining a positive relationship with the community by scheduling community classes and providing community organizations with donations as requested
Creating weekly announcements for instructors to share with clients
Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations and ensure team knowledge is up to date
Update and edit studio web portal (Fitmetrix) and website (LiveEdit Aurora)
Maintain appropriate staffing levels within budget and manage front desk payroll
Maintain the distinct RIDE Cycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture
REQUIREMENTS
