CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS

To ensure fairness to instructors and fellow clients, we enforce the following cancellation policy for all classes.

• Late cancellations will be charged $14
• No-shows will be charged $20

• Late cancellations and no-shows will result in one class credit deducted from your account

• Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 12 hours before the scheduled class start time, regardless of class size.
• Any cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time is considered a late cancellation.
• A no-show (failure to attend without cancelling) is treated as a late cancellation and is subject to the same penalties.
• Double-booking that result in late cancellation will be subject to the above charges or credit deductions.

All charged and deductions are applied automatically through your account.
