WHY I LOVE TO TEACH:

For me, movement is medicine. It doesn’t always have to be the hardest, sweatiest workout; there is strength in moving with purpose and in focusing on alignment and flexibility. I love seeing the transformation people experience with a few weeks of consistent Pilates.
