    Yes! We offer mat classes 6 days a week including AAA (Arms, Ass, Abs), Total Body Sculpt, PIIT28 (Pilates Intensity Interval Training), Pop Pilates, Barre Sculpt and Yoga Flow.

    Reserve your spot in class by visiting the Schedule and selecting which classes you would like to take. A live link will be sent to you via email 20 minutes before class. If you cannot sweat live with us, no worries– the recording is sent out directly after the class ends.

    Pop Pilates, PIIT28, and Yoga Flow are body weight classes so you will only need yourself and a space to move. (Closed toed shoes are suggested, but optional for PIIT28). For Barre classes we suggest a light set of weights such as 2 lb, 3 lb, or even soup cans! For AAA and Total Body Sculpt, we recommend both a light set of weights (2-4lb) and a medium set of weights (5-8lb).
