CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS

• UNLIMITED PASS holders will be charged $14 for late cancel and $20 for no show
• Double-bookings with late cancels will be subject to the above charges
• CLASS PACK and PACK MEMBERSHIPS holders will have a class deducted from their account

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty 12 hours prior to the class start time, regardless of of class size. A no show to class is considered a late cancel and is subject to charges and penalties.
