WHY I LOVE TO TEACH
I love watching and helping riders get out of their heads and into their bodies. Getting uncomfortable on the bike teaches us to handle discomfort outside the studio with confidence and ease. I love encouraging riders to take up space in the dark room and forget all judgments and fear and let their bodies move freely.
