WHY I LOVE TO TEACH
I love sharing my passion for rhythm-fueled movement with clients at The Sweat Lab. A great workout should leave you feeling exhilarated and challenged, and wanting to come back again. I aim to cultivate a body-positive, inclusive class environment where clients of all fitness levels can grow stronger and more confident. All you need is the will to show up and the desire to take yourself somewhere different than yesterday – in fitness, and in the rest of your life!
